Our beautiful fine watches are authentic.  We buy from a very high end department store and sometimes we receive "customer returns".  The listing for each watch will specify what it is.  The new watches will have original tags attached and generally, their original boxes and paperwork. 

Looking for a great deal?  Our "customer returns" are shipped to the factory to be refurbished and make sure everything is as new, except for the price!  Those that come to us without any packaging or boxes, we'll provide to you a beautiful, luxury wooden watch case, a $30 value.   Or the men might like the Invicta waterproof watch box instead.  Either case will be included with your beautiful watch, just let us know if you have a preference.  We offer 30 day returns in new condition as well so you can feel confident buying from us.  Your watch will ship via USPS Priority mail or FedEx with insurance and will require a signature for delivery.

Some watches will have leather bands, it's part of buying things in lots.  We absolutely do not promote the use of real leather, but cannot pick and choose when buying bundles of items from the liquidation departments of our sources.  Thank you for understanding.

If you don't see what you'd like to buy (including Rolex), just send us an email and we'll be happy to see if we can get it for you and at what price.  We are able to buy directly from many manufacturers and we have jewelers who sell to us at wholesale (and sometimes below wholesale) so we can pass a great price on to you.  We don't have the high overhead of retail jewelry stores and we don't mark things up to pay for that high overhead either!  We'd rather give you top quality products at terrific prices.   If you find something comparable, we're happy to match prices.  You are free to make an offer on any of our watches or fine jewelry as well.  Please do that by email to Elaine@rooterville.org.
