GLAMPING: We have two gorgeous handmade in the USA 1800's style covered wagons complete with luxury linens, central heat/air, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer and toaster.
The Herd: Bring the kids! Decorated with a cow and horse theme, this wagon has a king bed and twin bunk beds. Sleeps 4-6. Price is double occupancy and includes coffee, teas, light breakfast, fine quality natural shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bar soap in compostable packaging.
Hog Heaven: Perfect for a romantic getaway! This wagon is decorated with a pig theme and has a king bed and lots of room to relax. Price is double occupancy and includes coffee, teas, light breakfast, fine quality natural shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bar soap in compostable packaging.
RV: ALL of the comforts of home in our luxury 33' RV with lots of windows to watch the animals go about their business. Sleeps 4. King Bed & Pullout Queen Sofa. Luxury linens. Decorated with a bee theme! Fully furnished kitchen with dish soap. Price is double occupancy and includes coffee, teas, light breakfast, fine quality natural shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bar soap in compostable packaging.
Camping & RV Hook ups are available too, bring your own tent or hook up your RV! Rate is negotiable depending on the number of people in your party. For groups under 10 guests, the cost is $25 per person or $65 a night for an RV Hookup. Restrooms are available for campers and we can hook up a portable shower if needed.
Property includes picnic areas, tents, play area for the kids, fire pit, LOTS of sweet animals who can't wait to meet you! Light breakfast served on the front porch at 8AM. Special requests are welcome. It's your stay, we want it to be PERFECT!
Non-refundable deposit to hold your booking, must be paid in full within 2 weeks of arrival. Refunds available until 2 weeks prior then no refunds please. $45 cleaning fee.
LAUNDRY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. Special decorations to surprise your loved one can be arranged for an extra donation.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping on Continental USA orders of $75 or more is FREE via the lowest cost option available at our discretion. If you care more about helping the animals than getting free shipping, just choose a paid option at checkout. We sure appreciate that! Expedited shipping is also available if you need something in a hurry. You can choose your selection at checkout and we'll honor what you select.
If there are ANY delays in getting your item shipped within 48 hours, we will let you know. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to make sure we have it in stock. We are a small business, we do not keep a lot of stock on hand of most items. If someone buys 3 or 4 of an item, that will likely wipe out our inventory, if you happen to order at a time like that, it may take 1-2 weeks for us to get the item back in stock.
International orders are welcome for small items. We will gladly cover the cost of the shipping for orders over $100, except for heavy items. Sometimes we can have products shipped directly from the manufacturer at a lower cost than we can ship from the USA. We'll let you know where to expect your package from.
Heavy and bulky items may require additional shipping costs.
