Shipping policy

Many of our items ship FREE! That's great news for you! Just make sure your order amount is over $75 domestic or $150 international and we'll ship your items to you FREE.  Heavy items may incur additional charges for international buyers, if you'd like a quote prior to purchasing, just email elaine@rooterville.org.  if there is any additional cost for your shipment, we will reach out to you via email and let you know.  If there is ANY problem or issue, we will refund your money with no problem. 

You are welcome to pay the cost of shipping at checkout so that we don't absorb that cost.  Every penny helps the animals so your generosity is greatly appreciated!  

You may choose expedited shipping and pay extra for that service. We generally ship products the same or next day when they are in stock, excluding weekends. Some items come directly from the manufacturer so please make sure to look for the amount of time required to receive your item in the description and if you miss it, we'll be sure to contact you so please watch for an email from us. 

Please keep in mind, we are a SMALL business run by real ladies who care.  We sell products in our on-site gift shop and 4 other online platforms.  We don't keep big inventories on most items, we don't have the space.  You might order an item that has gone out of stock and that is disappointing, we know, but it could happen.  We try to keep up with everything but it is not easy so please be kind.  If you order an out-of-stock item, you can choose one of two things:  immediate refund or we'll get it to you ASAP.  You let us know.  We will reach out to you via email within 24 hours of your order to let you know that your item is out of stock.  Most of our suppliers restock us with a week's time.  

Sometimes though, we don't find out that a supplier is out of stock on an item until we receive our order and its missing.  We promise to keep in touch with you and let you know when to expect your product if you happen to order something that has sold out.  We want to provide the BEST service to you, but sometimes we have to depend on suppliers who really don't care much about us.  But we'll get you your item or a refund, we promise.  Some of the designer items, we cannot order more and the sizes are limited.  

Holidays and weather can delay shipments so please be patient.  Thanks for understanding! We sure appreciate YOU and we're going to do our best to make you happy!
