We test the products we sell for quality, durability and value. We won't sell anything that we wouldn't want for ourselves. We do have some "trinkets" in our store because we have people from all income brackets shopping in our gift shop, we want to make sure we have a good selection for the kids.
Our fine jewelry with a price over $1,000 has been appraised by an unaffiliated local jeweler and let me tell you, they LOVE to find things wrong with jewelry purchased from anyone else but them! If they have given it a value, we know that is a very conservative figure and that you, in turn, are getting a great deal on an exquisite piece of jewelry. You are welcome to take it to your local jewelry for an appraisal, we have a 90 day price match guarantee on all of our fine jewelry and 30 days to return it in new, unused condition for a refund. We want you to trust us for all of your fine jewelry purchases.
If ever our products fail to live up to your expectations, we will replace or repair them at no cost to the owner. It’s as simple as that. We've been in business for over 15 years, we expect to be here and get better with time. You can count on us to be there for you.
